DESIGNS - Flowers - Double Dipping

1. Take a medium round brush with a tapered tip and load with white paint.
2. Now using a previously moistened paint. load the tip of the already loaded brush.
3. With the loaded brush looking like this.

4. Lay the brush against the skin and apply a small ammount of pressure, not much is required to achieve the petal effect, a few practice attempts will be needed until you work out the ideal pressure.
5. & 6. Working around an imaginary centre point create 4 or 5 petals radiating out from the centre.

7, 8 and 9. Once you have enough flowers for your design, finish off with a few leaves and a dot for the centre of the flowers.

The leaves can be joined to form a stem etc and used as  a necklace, armband or small design on one cheek.

Once you've mastered this technique you'll be amazed at how quickly you can create really effective designs. Try loading three colours onto the brush for even more colourful petals.
