This is a fine loose glitter ideal for glitter tattoos. Made by Cosmic people, it comes in it's own unique puffer bottle, one squeeze sends a fine spray of the dust onto the chosen area or use a slightly damp brush to add glitter to part of your face painting design in a more controlled way.
